Terms of Sale and License

Effective 9 September 2026. Message Vault is sold by Hair Pro 360 LLC (“we”).

License

When you buy Message Vault you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. The license is a yearly subscription tied to the email address used at purchase. It stays active while your subscription is paid, plus a short grace period, and covers every update released during that time. You can cancel any time from your account page; the app keeps archiving after a license ends, but browsing, search and export lock until it is renewed.

You may not resell, share, or publish your license key, or attempt to circumvent the license check.

Trial

The app may be used free of charge for 14 days from first launch. After the trial, the app continues to open and to archive on schedule, but browsing, search, and export require a license key.

Payment and refunds

The price shown at checkout is a yearly subscription processed by Stripe, billed once per year until you cancel. Cancel at any time from the billing portal at /account; your license key keeps working until its expiry date. Please use the free trial before subscribing. If the app does not work for you after subscribing, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Your data

The app opens your message sources read-only and writes only to the vault location you choose. You are responsible for keeping backups of your vault and for the storage accounts you connect. We do not have access to your vault.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the software will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you bought apply to your purchase.
